Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and are processed securely via Paddle. By purchasing, you agree to the applicable billing cycle until cancelled.
All purchases are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
You are responsible for implementing and using PrivacyKit in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. PrivacyKit provides tools to support compliance but does not guarantee legal compliance in all cases.
PrivacyKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
